 FAQs

  • Yes, each cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi as well as a TV with a Netflix account. There is no cable TV.

  • Yes! Take a look at the many activities we have listed in the ____ tab on our website.

  • Each cottage has one designated parking spot. If your group needs more than one parking spot, contact that host of arrangements for the second vehicle.

  • There is no smoking allowed on the property.

  • The pool and spa are located in a very unique, screened-in building and guests are welcome to use the pool and spa during daylight hours.

  • We ask that only cottage guests use the pool during the stay.

  • Extra towels can be found in the closets of each cottage and are available to be used at the pool.

  • Rene Perez is a well-known, local San Marcos artist who has painted a beautiful piece of art for each cottage. Each painting depicts a native San Marcos animal.
